HOW THE WORKSHOP WORKS

Step 1: Register and Choose Your Cake Flavor.

- Sign up for the workshop and secure your spot with payment.

- Select your favorite cake flavor: Chocolate Sponge Cake, Classic Red Velvet Cake or Vanilla Sponge Cake (vegan option is available).​

Step 2: Join Us on Workshop Day.

 

Arrive at the venue, enjoy an atmosphere with music, and settle in with drinks and appetizers.

Step 3: Decorate Your Cake.

 

Dive into hands-on cake decorating! Follow Olesia’s expert guidance to create a vintage bento masterpiece with all tools and materials provided.

Step 4: Capture the Memories.

Snap photos of your beautiful cake creations and the fun moments from the workshop! Our cozy photo zone is perfect for capturing memories you’ll cherish forever!

Step 5: Take Your Cake Home.

  • Can children or teenagers participate in the class?
    We welcome everyone to our cake decorating workshops! However, the class may be challenging for children under 7 years old. They are still welcome to attend if parents believe they are ready. Children aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Please note that every child must have their own ticket to participate. Each child will receive their own cake to decorate and take home.
  • Are there vegetarian or vegan snack options available? Is the environment safe for people with allergies (e.g., nut-free)?
    We do not use nuts in our cakes, and we provide nut-free appetizers to ensure a safe environment for those with allergies. For vegan participants, we offer one vegan cake flavor: Chocolate. However, please note that the main cream frosting used for decorating contains non-vegan butter. If you have any other dietary concerns, please let us know in advance olesiacake@gmail.com
  • Can I book a private class or a group session?
    Yes, private and group sessions are available! To request a private class or group session, simply fill out the form here ⬇️ https://www.olesiacake.com/private-class and I’ll get back to you via email within 48 hours.
  • What’s included in the workshop fee?
    The $139 fee includes: A pre-frosted 4 inch cake in your chosen flavor (Chocolate, Red Velvet, or Vanilla). All tools and materials needed for decorating. Access to professional guidance and hands-on experience. Snacks and drinks to enjoy during the session. The opportunity to take your beautifully decorated cake home. A friendly and supportive atmosphere for learning. Additionally, participants will gain: New decorating skills and techniques. A step-by-step guide to creating vintage-style designs. Tips and tricks to improve your cake decorating at home.
  • Are refunds or rescheduling options available?
    All workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change! You may reschedule your ticket if you notify us at least 14 days before the workshop date. Reschedule requests made less than 14 days in advance are not eligible for changes. If you're unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just email us at olesiacake@gmail.com with the new participant’s name at least 24 hours before the workshop. For private events: Cancellations are allowed at least 1 month in advance (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 weeks before the event. A $100 rescheduling fee applies if changes are made less than 3 weeks before the event.
  • What should I bring?
    Just bring yourself! We provide all the tools, materials, and refreshments you’ll need for the workshop.
  • How do I choose my cake flavor?
    After completing your registration, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours asking you to select your preferred cake flavor: Chocolate, Red Velvet, or Vanilla. Simply reply to the email with your choice and your name at least one week before the workshop, so we can prepare your cake in advance!
